CHRIST IS ALL

Charles Spurgeon wrote: “If Christ is anything, He must be everything”…….very profound, as are all of Spurgeons writings.

This means that:

Being a nominal Christian is like being “sort of dead”, or “sort of pregnant”….If we are Christians, then He must consume all of us. We must submit totally to Him. We must obey Him immediately and accurately, and we must love Him with all of our being. There is no “sorta” in Christianity. We either are, or we aren’t, and God will judge our hearts, not people.
