There are more Pharisees warming church pews than Daniels.

We are in a Babylonian nation. We are called to take the posture of Daniel.

Do our work, pay our taxes, but “do not be conformed to the lusts of the world”….

We are not to cast a blind eye to the blasphemies and evils of our government, nor to go along with it so as to lead a more peaceful and safe life.

Daniel said his prayers in violation of the King’s edict. We need to be in constant contact and fellowship/prayer with Our Lord to see things through His eyes, to know what is happening and how to stand for His Word and Truth.
