GOD’S WORD FOR FEBRUARY 8 ~ ~ Romans 8:32 ~ ~ “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?” Or, as C H Spurgeon puts it: “If He did the greater, will He not do the lesser?” It is nothing for the God who owns all things to give us our little needs, especially since He has given His Son to gain eternal life through Him. It’s like giving a grain of sand when you own the whole earth. Of course He will take care of us. He will, but only “with Him” (as in the verse). Only when we are one with Jesus Christ. If you haven’t made that commitment to Him, He is still knocking at your door. Will you trust Him entirely?
