GOD’S WORD FOR DECEMBER 2

GOD’S WORD FOR DECEMBER 2 ~ ~ Isaiah 49:16 ~ ~ “Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands”

All the promises of Israel are imputed to us. He has inscribed each of us on the palms of His hands. Not merely our names, but US. We are forever on His mind, in His sight.

Hebrews 7:25 tells us the result of this: “Therefore He is also able to save forever those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to makeintercession for them.”

And the Word tells us in 1 Timothy 2:5 that Jesus is the only mediator (intercessor) for us—not the saints, not Mary, and not angels.

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”

He lives for us. We are always on His mind. Once we submit our lives to Him, He devotes His life to us!!!!

He sees us when He sees the nail prints on His hands, and He says, It was worth it, because His purpose was Love for us and the Father. Our salvation was His gift to the Father, then the Father’s gift back to Him, as we’re told in

Hebrews 1:2~ ~ “Has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;”

Hebrews 1:8 ~ ~ “But untotheSon he says, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of your kingdom.”

What a position He has won for us!!! What an immense love He has for us!!!! What a responsibility to live for Him in His power for our entire lives!!!

Have you come to that simple but powerful love and submission to Jesus alone? Or are you blinded by religious tradition that is designed to blind you from that simple salvation won for us by Christ Himself?
