GOD’S WORD FOR JUNE 16
****Ephes 4:1-2
“ I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,”
Thank You for Your Word and guidance. Sometimes in the day-to-day pressures and work, we forget commands like these, and need Your nudging. Help us always to keep in mind this and other things You have told us, like Philippians 2:3 “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” and many others. It does no good to look up to You if we’re looking down on others. We have short memories for all Your blessings and commands. We thank You that You can remind us both with Your written word, and the Spirit within us through salvation. We praise You for that, and all that You are. Amen.
