GOD’S WORD FOR JULY 22
Ephesians 3:17-19 (Amp)
“ so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love, 18 be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love]; 19 and [that you may come] to know [practically, through personal experience] the love of Christ which far surpasses [mere] knowledge [without experience], that you may be filled up [throughout your being] to all the fullness of God [so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself].” This is a prayer for all people, to come to the saving knowledge of Christ. That they (you) will truly and genuinely ask Him to live in your heart, which is necessary for salvation,….for Him to have suffered for your sins. You have to have been in Him for it to be credited to your account. But it doesn’t end there. We have to go on to have a strong foundation of knowledge of his Love, which can only be gotten through the work of the Holy Spirit after salvation. His love is too wide, too deep, too long for us to imagine. It is endless. After salvation we have the “fullness of God” in us. It is impossible for our brains to understand that, that’s why we need to ask Him to reveal it to us through the Holy Spirit.

No one is excluded, no one is “too far gone”. He came to seek those who are lost, and, although He is fully God, He became man to suffer and die for YOU. But you need to accept this free gift. You can start by reading the gospel of John, and the epistles (Especially Romans, Corinthians, Ephesians, and Colossians) Go to Him sincerely, He WILL show you the Truth!!!
