GOD’S WORD FOR JULY 26
Rev. 2:17–(Amp)”17 He who has an ear, let him hear and heed what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God], to him I will give [the privilege of eating] some of the manna, and I will give him a stone with a new name engraved on the stone which no one knows except the one who receives it.” Again, this is speaking of our personal relationship with Jesus. We each have a unique and personal relationship with Him. He is our brother, father, husband, son, friend, companion, creator, guard, guide, provider, and anything else we may need. We will have that confident relationship with Him for eternity, and no one else has that same relationship. He treats each of us as though we are His only child, and yet, corporately, we are the bride of Christ. It should be our goal in this life to nurture that relationship through prayer, listening to His Voice through our spirits, and studying His Word.
NOTE to reader: If you’re not sure how to be saved, and receive the promises in the Bible, feel free to message me, or talk to another true born again Christian. Jesus died for each of us. No one is excluded, no one is “too far gone”. He came to seek those who are lost, and, although He is fully God, He became man to suffer and die for YOU. But you need to accept this free gift. You can start by reading the gospel of John, and the epistles (Especially Romans, Corinthians, Ephesians, and Colossians) Go to Him sincerely, He WILL show you the Truth!!!
