GOD’S WORD FOR JULY 27~~Gen 9:15-17” And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.”

  It is confusing, especially for young people, when they see the symbol of the rainbow being the symbol of sin. God created it as a symbol of never destroying all flesh by water. That was the first rainbow ever, because that was the first rain ever. Before that, the moisture came as a mist from under the ground. (Genesis 2:6). The symbol of Love and peace from our God, has been hi-jacked, and is being flaunted before us. But God isn’t frustrated, He isn’t wringing His hands. He’s still in control. It isn’t the first time mankind has done this type of thing, and it won’t be the last. However, the last is soon to be here. He won’t tolerate this escalating of evil much longer, and then He certainly will destroy the earth, and create a new one, judging the evil ones. It won’t be by water, it will be by fire. That’s why we need to do what Christians are commanded in Mark 16:15—”Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creatures.” We have to tell those who will listen, because there will come a time, when the door of salvation by Grace is forever closed. We go into all the world by talking to those around us. We aren’t all called to be missionaries, but we are called to talk to our families, our neighbors, our friends. Pray and tell people. It is our duty, commanded by our King of Kings!!!! “Jesus, please show us who we should talk to about You, and what to say. You sent the Holy Spirit to us to do just that, and we thank You for that. We know the Father has to draw the people, so, please show us which ones, and give us the wisdom to know how to open the door. Thank You and we Praise You Forever!!!!!
