GOD’S WORD FOR AUGUST 18~~IThessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”   The will of God is thankfulness.   There is nothing more important in our lifestyle than obedience and thankfulness.  They put us in a position with our Lord and Savior, to get to know Him.   That is how we pray without ceasing, when we are continually thanking and praising Him throughout the day, and talking to Him about the small and large things in our lives.
