GOD’S WORD FOR MARCH 3 ~ ~ 2Peter 1:3 ~ ~ for His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.” Everything coming from God is far beyond what we could think of “everything”. He has no limit, neither in abundance nor in desire to give it to us. Stop and think of Him giving us everything we need in this life—the material things that we need (not necessarily all we desire, because if it will lead to sin, He won’t give it to us) He gives us wisdom, grace, peace, love, protection, courage, strength,…..everything we need to stay with Him for life. The key to it all is the last part…”through the true knowledge of Him….” Are we all striving to REALLY know Him deeply, and therefore receive of Him these gifts?
