GOD’S WORD FOR MARCH 7 ~ ~Habakkuk 2:3 ~ ~ “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hurries toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it delays, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay long.” God gave the vision to Habakkuk thousands of years ago, as he did to other prophets, and to Daniel. We see terrible things happening in this world. It will get worse, and people will begin to lose heart. God’s timing is not ours. We don’t have a pinpoint of wisdom, He has immeasurable wisdom and power, so why would we rely upon our puny judgment of all this? Just look to Him. His Word is true, His power is immeasurable, His love is beyond our comprehension, and His justice is perfect. Praise You Lord that, when things get so fearful, You stand firm. You never have changed from times past, and You never will. In Isaiah 55:11 He tells us, “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” The Word was, The Word is, and The Word ever shall be.
