GOD’S WORD FOR JUNE 19

GOD’S WORD FOR JUNE 19

Psalm 33:13-15

The Lord looks from heaven;
He sees all the sons of mankind;
 From His dwelling place He looks out
On all the inhabitants of the earth,
 He who fashions the hearts of them all,
He who understands all their works.

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

Notice in Jeremiah 1:5 above, God told Jeremiah that He made Him a prophet to the nations, not only before he was born, but before he was even conceived! He knows us also from that far back, as the Psalm says.

He is with us all the time, as He looks on us every minute of the day or night. He sees us at our best, and He sees us at our worst.

Since He “fashioned our hearts”, He certainly knows what makes us tick, so to speak. He understands why we do what we do, because He knows our hearts.

Many people divide their spiritual and natural world. God doesn’t! He knows we are one, and if we are saved, we are also one with Him. That’s why Paul said:

Romans 8:38-39 ~ “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

No matter what we run into, whether it be beyond us or inside us,~ ~ in this world or the spiritual world~ ~ NOTHING will ever make Jesus look away from us.—each of us.

Even if what we would consider a disaster would happen, He will be here, keeping His promises of holding us up, holding our hands, guiding us, keeping us from slipping, feeding us, and anything else we may need. Whatever He allows will in the end, be for our good, as we cling to Him through it.

His promises are too numerous to list, and all are true. He tries so hard to get us to understand how much He loves us!

He assures us that He will never leave us. He is always with us. The trouble is, many times we are too busy to acknowledge Him, and that is to our disadvantage because we always lose when we don’t stay with Him in prayer. He told us to pray about everything, but too many times we make our own decisions instead of letting Him, who we confess as our Lord and Master, tell us what His perfect will is. We miss the peace that He gives us when we connect with Him.
