GOD’S WORD FOR JULY 26 ~ ~ Psalm 30:2~ ~ “Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.”
“But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”
In Genesis 1:28, God tells man to subdue the Earth. That command implies that He has placed within creation tools and knowledge that humans can learn to use for their own benefit.
After sin entered the world and sickness and death became a reality, God’s remarkable foreknowledge became evident. One of the first antibiotics ever discovered by humans has been in use for thousands of years. Modern researchers are just beginning to appreciate the wonder of this natural antibiotic that kills some 650 different strains of disease organisms. It is virtually nontoxic. And best of all, disease organisms don’t become resistant to it.
What is this miracle antibiotic? Silver. Ancient Greeks and Romans used silver containers to keep liquids fresh. American settlers would often place a silver dollar in milk to delay its souring. Most of the world’s airlines use silver filters on aircraft to prevent dysentery. After testing 23 different methods for purifying water, NASA selected silver water filters for use on board the space shuttle. Japanese researchers have found that silver is even able to detoxify some poisons.
Silver is able to kill bacteria, virus and fungus due to its ions. Silver ions have the ability to damage bacteria cells in the cell wall. When the cell wall is damaged, the cell dies.
I personally have used colloidal silver for years, for many things. It only takes a small amount to prevent and fight bacterial, virus and fungal issues, and it even cures eye infections. That’s why they use silver nitrate in the eyes of newborn babies, and if the navel doesn’t dry up soon enough, they’ll use it there also, to cure infections.
Not much is said about silver’s qualities by the media, because big pharma can’t make much money on it. They make more money by making their own antibiotics, each for a specific bacteria. But Our Creator is not in that “business”.
His knowledge is far above ours, and it’s available to everyone for free. He has hidden in the creation around us materials that can help us in this earthly life. He invites us to learn from Him. He has “hidden” greater knowledge – knowledge that can help us here and in eternity – in the Bible. How could anyone be satisfied with what little we know from His great mind! It is a never-ending journey to learn from Him spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual gems!!!
