GOD’S WORD FOR NOVEMBER 2

GOD’S WORD FOR NOVEMBER 2 ~ ~ 2 Corinthians 4:3-4~ ~
“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

In God’s great wisdom, He created within the retina of our eyes, millions of cone shaped cells. Within those cones are three kinds of molecules. Each molecule absorbs a certain primary color—red, green or blue.

There is only 75 millionths of a meter difference between the wavelengths of blue and green light.

The most powerful microscope in existence now cannot detect this difference, but our eyes can!!!

And, compared to many of His animal creatures, our eyes are inferior!!!!

Even “Mr. Evolution” Himself, Charles Darwin had to admit that this couldn’t “just happen”. In his book On the Origin of Species, he wrote, “To suppose that the eye, with all its inimitable contrivances for adjusting focus to different distances, for admitting different amounts of light and for the correction of spherical and chromatic aberration, could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest degree.”

And there you have it……………….

But are our spiritual eyes as amazing as our physical eyes? Can we see the magnificence of The God of the Universe, and the Savior of our souls, and the Shepherd of our hearts?

Isaiah 11:3

And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make decisions by what His ears hear;

Isaiah 29:18

On that day those who are deaf will hear words of a book, And out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of those who are blind will see.

Isaiah 33:17

Your eyes will see the King in His beauty; They will see a distant land.

Isaiah 35:5

Then the eyes of those who are blind will be opened, And the ears of those who are deaf will be unstopped.
