GOD’S WORD FOR AUGUST 31

Hebrews 11:27~~ “By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.” This is speaking of Moses, when he left Egypt following killing the Egyptian soldier for killing a Hebrew slave. Moses knew he could rely on God to guide and protect him, rather than to be afraid of the Pharoah. We need to focus on our Lord God, the Ruler of the Universe, instead of fearing the “rulers” of this world when they go against the Truth of God.
