GOD’S WORD FOR APRIL 24

GOD’S WORD FOR APRIL 24~ ~ Hebrews 4:13 ~ ~ “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight.”

What is it like 1000 feet beneath the surface of the ocean? For one thing, it’s pitch black. Absolutely no source of light. The light it reduced by 99.95%. That’s DARK!!!

Most plants need light for photosynthesis, and the red algae is no exception. But, somehow it thrives in that deep darkness. How does this happen?

The Creator, Jesus Christ, created the red algae to be 100 times more efficient in collecting and using light than any other plant. All plants, including the red algae, line their cell walls with calcium for strength in the walls. This, of course, hinders the light entering. The red algae was given a “free pass” to only line the vertical walls of the cells, so that light can enter the horizontal walls, making use of the incredible efficiency of the plant.

And that’s not all. He made the cells of a different shape and design than other plants, so that that tiny amount of light will penetrate the cells much more deeply than the other plants’ cells, allowing the plant to flourish as if it was in full sunlight!

He does the same with His children who have made Him their Lord and Savior and are living for Him.

Those who live lives that are considered “different” for many possible reasons, He makes special provisions to receive the Light that He gives. We don’t know what many people are going through, many times in intense darkness though they love the Lord Jesus. His light will come through. He will give them the ability to magnify it and flourish right where they are. He will never leave us nor forsake us!!!

Romans 8:38 & 39 tells us that: “ For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

“For I am with you, even to the end of the age.”
